Do I have to have a valid driver's license?Yes, each driver much have a valid drivers license.
Do you offer insurance?No, we do not offer insurance. You must provide your own insurance.
Can I change my current auto insurance to have full coverage while I have a rental?Possibly, please contact your insurance provider for more information.
Do you have to verify insurance?Yes, a Family Car Rental representative MUST call and verify your insurance.
What is proof of insurance?A Family Car Rental representative will verify ALL insurance before a rental contract is signed.
Do I receive unlimited mileage?You receive 200 free driving miles per day. However, you can always purchase more miles. Please contact your nearest Family Car Rental location to receive a quote on mileage.
Do you hold vehicles?Yes, however, in order to do so for longer 30 minutes we need a minimum $200 deposit and to verify your proof of insurance.
