  • Do you offer insurance?
    No, we do not offer insurance. You must provide your own insurance.
  • What is your deposit?
    We have a $200 refundable deposit. If you have higher than $500 insurance deductibles the deposit varies depending the amount.
  • Do I have to have a valid driver's license?
    Yes, each driver much have a valid drivers license.
  • Can I change my current auto insurance to have full coverage while I have a rental?
    Possibly, please contact your insurance provider for more information.
  • Do you have to verify insurance?
    Yes, a Family Car Rental representative MUST call and verify your insurance.
  • What is proof of insurance?
    A Family Car Rental representative will verify ALL insurance before a rental contract is signed.
  • Do I receive unlimited mileage?
    You receive 200 free driving miles per day. However, you can always purchase more miles. Please contact your nearest Family Car Rental location to receive a quote on mileage.
  • Do you hold vehicles?
    Yes, however, in order to do so for longer 30 minutes we need a minimum $200 deposit and to verify your proof of insurance.
